NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO Michael Moore, father, whereabouts unknown:
Pursuant to 22 M.R.S. §4001 et seq., the Maine Department of Health & Human Services (hereafter, "DHHS") has petitioned the Court for a Child Protection Order and/or Termination of Parental Rights Order, concerning the child: Madix M., d/o/b: July 18, 2023, born at Bangor, Maine.
The mother is Haiven Arnold, and the father is Michael Moore.
DHHS has met the requirements of M.R. Civ. P. Rule 4(g)(1)(A)-(C). Hearing on the pending Petition(s) will be held at Penobscot Judicial Center, 78 Exchange Street, Bangor, Maine, 04401 on _September 13, 2024 at _1:00 pm.
