INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Department is seeking bids to provide the following service at:
Ashland Regional Headquarters
45 Radar Road, Ashland ME
Snow Plowing, Shoveling and/or Snow Blowing of the Walkway/Entryways for each storm. We would like the Bidder to have the ability to sand and push back banks if needed but is not required.
This contract will be for two winter seasons commencing on November 1, 2024 to April 30, 2026. Full specifications and further information may be obtained by calling to set up an appointment for onsite viewing prior to bidding

Bid responses must be submitted by mail, or in person. All bids be received by the Building Manager no later than September 1, 2024.
The Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry reserves the right to reject any or all responses.
