Ordinance Amendment Public Hearings
The Bar Harbor Town Council will hold public hearings Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building Council Chambers to hear comment on the following proposed amendments to the Municipal Code:
- An amendment to the Town Code to enact Chapter 50: Cruise Ship Reservation and Disembarkation Licensing Ordinance.
- An amendment to repeal Chapter 52: Cruise Ship Disembarkation.
