The Hampden Planning Board will hold a public hearing for a minor subdivision subject to the provisions of Section 3.2.2 of the Subdivision Ordinance on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 6:00 pm in the Town Council Chambers at the Town Office, 106 Western Ave, Hampden, ME. Juliane Shaw proposes to create a two-lot subdivision on parcel (11-0-008), located on Pond Road. The property is in the Rural District. Interested parties may view the application at the Hampden Town Office during regular business hours, or online at the Town's Departments, Planning, Planning Board Applications.
