The Hampden Planning Board will hold a public hearing under the provisions of Sections 4.2, Conditional Uses of the Hampden Zoning Ordinance on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 6:00 pm in the Town Council Chambers at the Town Office, 106 Western Ave, Hampden, ME. The application is to operate an ice cream truck throughout the Town of Hampden from April through October. The ice cream truck will be parked at 53 Bowen Dr.; parcel 08-0-033-17 when not in operation. This parcel is in the Rural District. Interested parties may review the application at the Town Offices during regular business hours, or online at the Town's Departments, Planning, Planning Board Applications.
