To our neighbors, We are adding two more areas to our herbicide treatment list using drones this year.
Locations: First, about 375 acres in Addison, around 2 miles south-southwest of the Acadia National Cemetery and Route 1, and east of Indian River Road. Second, nearly 65 acres in Jonesboro around 1 mile south of the Blueberry Hill Farm Lab, near the Addison town line.
Range of Dates: 9/3/2024 - 10/1/2024
Purpose: Conifer release/Hardwood Control
Pesticide: Nufarm Credit 41 Extra (EPA Reg # 71368-20) & Loveland Mad Dog (EPA Reg # 34704-889)
Public Precautions: Do not enter for 48 hours after spraying. Do not eat berries or any other plants after spraying.
