Amendments to the Land Use Ordinance Including Accessory Dwelling Unit Revisions, and Language Governing Solar Energy & Wind Energy
Pursuant to 30-A M.R.S. section 4352(1), the Town of Carmel Planning Board is holding a public hearing to discuss proposed amendments to the Town of Carmel Land Use and Zoning Ordinance.
The text of the proposed amendments, showing deletions by strikethrough and additions to the ordinance underlined, are posted at the Town Office and available on the Town's website. Copies will be available for distribution at the public hearing.
