NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The members of the Board of the Finance Authority of Maine (FAME) will meet at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2024. The location of the meeting is at the Authority's offices at 315 Katahdin Hall, Eastern Maine Community College, 353 Hogan Rd. Bangor ME 04401, as well as on conference call/ Zoom. Conference call/Zoom participation is preferred for members of the public due to space limitations, and advance notice of intent to appear in person is requested. As of October 8, 2024 action items to be considered are as follows (1) Approval of Loan Changes-(Economic Recovery Loan Program)- Immucell; (2) Approval of Direct Loan Request-(Economic Recovery Loan Program)- Vertical Harvest (3) Approval of Direct Loan Request-BCR Manufacturing Inc. (Economic Recovery Loan Program); (4) Approval of FAME Audit (5) Approval of NextGen Audit; (6) Approval of Loan Policies and Directives BD-005; (7) Approval of NextGen 529 Program Modifications; (8) Approval of modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Maine Grant Programs.
