NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF ORONO
The Orono Town Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 5:00pm in the Municipal Building Council Chambers, 59 Main Street to consider and hear public comments on the following Town of Orono code of Ordinances:
Chapter 2 - Administration, Article II - Town Council, Section 2-26 - Regular meetings, Section 2-29 - Ordinances, orders and resolves; rules of procedure, item (g), and Section 2-30 - Special Committees
Chapter 29 - Public Health and Safety, Article II - Victualers, Section 29-35 - License application; renewal; display and Article III - Marijuana Establishments, Section 29-41 - Licensing classes and authority
Chapter 4 - Alcoholic Beverages, Article II - Special Amusements, Division 2 - Permit, Section 4-46 - Public hearing
