JONESPORT TAX MAP 004-136, JONESPORT, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MAINE AND JONESPORT TAX MAP 004-138, JONESPORT, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MAINE AND DESCRIBED IN MORTGAGE RECORDED IN THE WASHINGTON COUNTY REGISTRY OF DEEDS AT BOOK 4870, PAGE 247
By virtue of and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain Mortgage Deed given by Beale Brothers Corporation (Mortgagor) to Farm Credit East, ACA (Mortgagee) dated December 20, 2021, and recorded in the Washington County Registry of Deeds, Book 4870, Page 247, of which Mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, Farm Credit East, ACA, for breach of the conditions of said Mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same there will be sold at Public Sale at eleven (11) o'clock, A.M. on the 21st day of November 2024, at 1520 Mason Bay Road, Jonesport, Maine, all and singular the premises described in said Mortgage.

Terms of Sale: The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $20,000.00 by cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale payable to Keenan Auction Co., Inc., which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. In the event a representative of the mortgagee is not present at the time and place stated in this notice, no sale shall be deemed to have occurred and all rights to reschedule a subsequent sale are reserved.
