AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing water tank located at 99 Ballfield Road, Hampden, Penobscot County, Maine 04444. The modifications will consist of the removal and replacement of antennas at centerline heights of 130-ft above ground level on the 126.6-ft water tank.
