PENOBSCOT COUNTY BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE
On Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 4:30 PM members of the Penobscot County Budget Committee will meet to review the 2025 Penobscot County Budget and the 2025-2026 Penobscot County Unorganized Territory Budget. This meeting will be held in-person in the County Commissioners Chambers located on the 2nd floor 97 Hammond Street, Bangor, Maine. The meeting will also be live streamed for the General Public to view via Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/Penobscot County Government.
The 2025 Proposed Budget reflects expenditures of $31,457,861; estimated Revenues & Surplus transfer of $6,362,573 for an estimate of $25,095,288 to be raised by taxation.
The 2025-2026 Unorganized Territory Budget reflects expenditures of $2,742,614; estimated Revenues & Surplus transfer of $669,784 for an estimate of $2,072,830 to be raised by taxation.
