PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING
Availability to review and comment on the Robbinston Bridge Replacement Project (MaineDOT WIN 26630.06), its effect on historic properties, and the draft Memorandum of Agreement.
The MaineDOT project consists of the replacement of Mill Cove New Bridge (#6205) that carries U.S. Route 1 over Mill Cove in Robbinston, located 0.08 of a mile north of Ridge Road.
Federal regulation (36 CFR PART 800) requires MaineDOT and the Federal Highway Administration to provide notice and information about this project, its effect on historic properties, and seek public comment. A draft Memorandum of Agreement has been included and describes mitigation efforts for the resolution of adverse effects to the historic properties.

Comments regarding the historic properties, project effects, and the draft Memorandum of Agreement can be submitted via the web site or to Julie Senk at the following address. Comments must be received by January 31, 2025:
