Please take notice that: ME CDG 009 LLC 417 5th Avenue, Suite 803 New York, NY 10016 Chase.bradley@ugei.com (215) 272-6257 Is intending to file a Stormwater Management Law Permit by Rule (Stormwater PBR) application with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to the provisions of 38 M.R.S. § 420-D and 38 M.R.S. § 344(7) and a Solar Decommissioning Law permit application with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to the provisions of 35-A M.R.S. §§ 3491-3497 on or about February 7, 2025. The applications are for new construction of a 0.99 MW ground mounted solar array located on a parcel of land (Town Tax Map 10 Lot 10-1) off of McPhetres Road in Sangerville, ME 04479. These applications will be filed for public inspection at the Department of Environmental Protection's office in Bangor during normal work hours. A copy of these applications may also be seen at the municipal offices in Sangerville, Maine A request for a public hearing must be received by the Department in writing no later than 20 days after the Solar Decommissioning Law permit application is found by the Department to be complete and is accepted for processing. A public hearing may or may not be held at the discretion of the Commissioner or Board of Environmental Protection. Public comment on the application will be accepted throughout the application processing period. A decision made by the Commissioner to approve a PBR is appealable to the Board of Environmental Protection.
