Susan J. Szwed, P.A. has previously provided notice to all clients of the retirement of Susan J. Szwed, Esq. and the sale of her law practice to Ratchford Law Group, P.C. and has sought the consents of all clients to the transfer of their files to Ratchford Law Group, P.C. Susan J. Szwed, P.A. has also provided notice to the Maine Board of Bar Overseers of the retirement of Susan J. Szwed, Esq. from the practice of law and the sale of her practice to Ratchford Law Group, P.C. Those clients of Susan J. Szwed, P.A. who consent to the transfer of their files to Ratchford Law Group, P.C., will immediately be transferred to the new law firm. Otherwise, the anticipated date for the consented-to transfer of client files is no later than May 15, 2017. This Notice is given for publication in accordance with Section 1.17A(b)(3) of the Maine Rules of Professional Conduct.
