will be opened and read aloud at the office of Bangor Housing, Administration Offices Board Room, at 2 PM, on Friday, April 29, 2016. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Bangor Housing on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 1 PM.
The project consists The project consists of removal and replacement of hot mix asphalt driveways, parking lots, sidewalks and site lighting in the existing complex. Work includes, but is not limited to, hot mix asphalt pavement, base and sub-base materials, concrete curbing, concrete ADA ramps, concrete entry pads, concrete dumpster enclosures and stormwater utility improvements.
