Farina to PHH Mortgage Services dated August 2, 2007 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 11073, Page 51, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on [font=font36821]Thursday, July 13, 2017, commencing at 12:00 PM, at the Law Office of Shapiro & Morley, LLC, 707 Sable Oaks Dr., Suite 250, South Portland, Maine 04106.[/font]

The sale will be by public auction.
