The Penobscot County Commissioners are seeking an individual interested in serving on the Land Use Planning Commission. Applicants must have expertise in commerce and industry, fisheries and wildlife, forestry or conservation issues. In addition, applicants must live or work in the commission's jurisdiction, be a former resident of the jurisdiction or be retired after having worked within the jurisdiction for a period of 5 years. The term for this position is for a period of 4 years and requires a background check be performed before nomination.
