Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Consented Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered July 11, 2018 in the action entitled Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-AR4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR4 v. Samuel M. Sherry, Esq. as Special Administrator for the Estate of Janice E. Condon, by the Maine District Court, Division of Bangor, Docket No. BANDC-RE-17-152, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Myron W. Condon and Janice E. Condon to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as a nominee for IndyMac Bank, F.S.B., dated February 8, 2006 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 10308, Page 192, and the period of redemption having expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagor(s), a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on:
October 4, 2018 commencing at 11:00 AM at the Office of Leopold &
Associates PLLC, Two Monument Square, 7th Floor, Portland, Maine
The property is located at 27 Lakeview Road, Glenburn, Penobscot County, Maine, reference as described in said mortgage.
The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000 in certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Leopold & Associates, PLLC, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale. In the event a representative of the mortgagee is not present at the time and place stated in this notice, no sale shall be deemed to have occurred and all rights to reschedule a subsequent sale are reserved.
