PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING
Availability to review and comment on the Bangor, WIN 22827.00, project and its effect on historic properties.
The MaineDOT projects consists of vehicular and pedestrian safety at the intersection of Union Street (Route 222) and Main Street (Route 202/Route 1A).
Federal regulation (36 CFR PART 800) requires MaineDOT and the Federal Highway Administration to provide notice and information about this project, its effects on historic properties, and seek public comment.
Interested parties may review project and historic information at http://www.maine.gov/mdot/env/. Comments regarding the historic properties and effects can be submitted via the web site or to Julie Senk at the following address. Comments must be received by December 28, 2018:
