The Hampden Planning Board will hold a public hearing for a conditional use application for an adult use marijuana cultivation and manufacturing use under the provisions of Sections 4.2 of the Hampden Zoning Ordinance; and subject to the provisions of the Hampden Marijuana Ordinance on Wednesday January 13, 2021, at 7:00 pm in the Town Council Chambers at the Town Office, 106 Western Ave, Hampden, ME. Jon Sherman proposes to operate for the cultivation and manufacturing of cannabis and cannabis products, on property located at 20 Triangle Rd, parcel 20-0-003 in the Industrial district. The application may be viewed at the Town Offices during normal business hours, or online at the Town's website, www.hampdenmaine.gov; click on Town Departments, Planning, Planning Board Applications. If you do not have access to the website, you may request a copy of the application to be emailed or mailed to you by calling 862-4500 x160 and leaving a message including your email address or mailing address. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, this hearing will be conducted both in person at the Council Chambers and remotely.
