The town of Smyrna is offering for sale by sealed bid the following two parcels of land and buildings identified below for sale by sealed bid. The Selectmen reserve the right to accept and or reject any or all bids. Please submit a sealed bid, clearly marked: "SEALED BID" to the Smyrna Town Office no later than January 29, 2021. Bids may be mailed to the Smyrna Town Office, PO Box 239, Smyrna ME 04780. All bids must include 10% of the total bid, certified bank check or money order. All deposits for rejected bids will be returned. Bids will be opened and read aloud at a Smyrna Board Meeting on Monday February 1, 2021. Please be prepared to close with final payment within 15 days from the award.
Parcel 1: The parcel of land and buildings identified on Smyrna Tax Maps as Map 008, Lot 032B also as 108 Mission Street in Smyrna.
Parcel 2: The parcel of land and buildings identified on Smyrna Tax Maps as Map 007, Lot 033 and also as 10 Mission Street in Smyrna.
