The Town of Winterport is currently accepting bids for one tax acquired property. This property is being offered on an as is/where is, and with all faults basis. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for noon on Monday, June 27th, 2022, to allow all individuals interested in bidding on the property an opportunity to enter the property to determine the condition of the property. Bids will be accepted until 5:00 pm on Thursday, July 7, 2022. Bids are scheduled to be opened at 5:01 p.m. on Thursday, July 7th, 2022. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to:
