
The Town of Winterport is currently accepting bids for one tax acquired property. This property is being offered on an as is/where is, and with all faults basis. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for noon on Monday, June 27th, 2022, to allow all individuals interested in bidding on the property an opportunity to enter the property to determine the condition of the property. Individuals interested in bidding on the property must obtain a copy of the Town of Winterport Real Estate Foreclosure Bid Property Information Packet from the Town Office at 44 Main Street Winterport or you can email your request to the town manager at [u]winterporttownmanager@outlook.com.[/u] This packet includes additional details about the property as well as specific requirements for bidding on the property.
Bids will be accepted until 5:00 pm on Thursday, July 7, 2022. Bids are scheduled to be opened at 5:01 p.m. on Thursday, July 7th, 2022. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

The Town of Winterport reserves the right to reject any or all bids; waive any defects, informalities, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; and make such award or act otherwise as it alone may deem is in the Town's best interest.
