Please take notice that Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic Detachment (NCTAMSLANT DET) Cutler; 175 Ridge Road, Cutler, ME 04626; 207-438-4707, has filed an Air Emission License Application with the Maine Department of Enviornmental Protections (DEP). The application has been found acceptable for processing by the Bureau of Air Quality (BAQ) and a draft license has been prepared pursuant to the provisions of 38 M.R.S.A., Section 590. The application is for incorporating the terms and conditions of two New Source Review licenses into the facility's Part 70 license, including the addition of back-up emergency generators, the replacement of a boilers, and corrections to the license. The application, supporting documentation, and the BAQ's preliminary determination in the form of a draft order are available for review at the BAQ's Augusta office, and the municipal office in Cutler, Maine.
