It also provides that, for denial of leave in violation of the law, the employer must pay the affected individual an amount three times the total assessed fines. And for termination in connection with exercising a right granted under the law, the affected individual may choose either to receive an amount three times the total assessed fines or reemployment with the employer with back wages.

Please take notice that The LANE Construction Corporation, P.O. Box 103, Bangor, ME 04402-0103, (207) 945-0873, intends to file an Air Emission License application with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) pursuant to the provisions of 38 M.R.S.A., Section 590 on March 10, 2017. This "Notice of Application" provides notice pertaining to a proposed Wireless Partners II, LLC Telecommunications Facility in Princeton, Maine.
Wireless Partners II intends to construct a wireless telecommunication facility to improve cellular telephone coverage in the area of the Town of Princeton. An Application to the Town of Princeton Wireless Telecommunications Facilities Siting Ordinance for the construction of the proposed Wireless Partners II wireless telecommunication facility has been developed by Black Diamond Consultants and is available for review at the Town of Princeton Town Office at 15 Depot Street in Princeton, Maine. A public meeting on the proposed telecommunications facility will be held on March 30 at 5:30 PM at the Town Office.
