Call for Proposals
The Land for Maine's Future (LMF) Board is seeking proposals for land conservation projects using funds from $40 million in Land for Maine's Future (LMF) funding contained in the FY 2022-23 budget. The Board is soliciting Conservation and Recreation Projects, along with Water Access Projects.

Eligible applicants include non-profit land conservation organizations, counties, cities, towns, and state agencies. Contact Laura Graham, LMF Director, 207-287-5619 with any questions.
Proposals must be submitted to the Land for Maine's Future Program, 22 SHS, 18 Elkins Lane, Augusta, ME 04333-0022. Proposals for Water Access projects will be accepted on a rolling basis. The LMF Board has established a single funding round for Conservation and Recreation Projects of Statewide Significance and Community Conservation Projects. Inquiry Forms are due no later than 5:00 PM local time on January 19, 2024, and proposals must be received no later than 5:00 PM local time on March 22, 2024.
