The Hampden Planning Board will hold a public hearing under the provisions of Sections 4.2, Conditional Uses, of the Hampden Zoning Ordinance on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at 6:00 pm in the Town Council Chambers at the Town Offices, 106 Western Ave, Hampden, ME. The applicant proposes a change of use from a place of worship to community a building at 97-101 Main Road North: Parcel 32-0-060 & 061. This parcel is in the Residential A District. Interested parties may review the application at the Town Offices during regular business hours, or online at the Town's Departments, Planning, Planning Board Applications.
