PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
Notice is hereby given that after a public hearing duly noticed and held on August 19, 2024. the Town Council of the Town of Hampden adopted an ordinance entitled:
ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION AND BORROWING OF UP TO $1,000,000 TO FINANCE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING AND REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO OTHER MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS IN THE TOWN OF HAMPDEN.
A copy of the Ordinance as adopted is available for public inspection at the office of the Town Clerk at 106 Western Avenue in Hampden Monday - Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This Notice constitutes the notice of ordinance adoption under Section 213(b) of the Charter of the Town of Hampden.
