
NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered June 5, 2023, in the action entitled Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Owner Trustee of the Residential Credit Opportunities Trust VII-B v. David D. Blake, et al., by the Maine District Court, Division of Bangor, Docket No. BANDC-2019-00050, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by DAVID D. BLAKE AND ROSE BLAKE, mortgagor(s), to HOME LOAN INVESTMENT BANK, F.S.B dated November 20, 2002 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 8466, Page 178, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagor(s), a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on
September 26, 2024, commencing at 10:00 AM at Office of Brock & Scott, PLLC, 30 Danforth Street, Suite 104, Portland, ME 04101
The property is located at 742 North Main Street, Brewer, ME 04412, in Penobscot County, reference as described in said mortgage.
The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Brock & Scott, PLLC, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale. In the event a representative of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Owner Trustee of the Residential Credit Opportunities Trust VII-B is not present at the time and place stated in this notice, no sale shall be deemed to have occurred and all rights to reschedule a subsequent sale are reserved.
