The City of Bangor's attempts to contact the owner(s) of the following properties have been unsuccessful. These properties have outstanding assessed taxes that have been demanded and liened pursuant to Title 36 Sections 942 and 943. Whereas the owners of these properties have failed to make payment and the statutory maturity date for the liens has passed; the City of Bangor intends to enforce the liens and take formal possession of the properties.
