The GOC is inviting public comment on the Report released by the Legislature's Office of Program Evaluation and Government Accountability (OPEGA) titled:
Evaluation of the Credit for Paper Manufacturing Facility Investment

The meeting is October 16, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., but the Committee will be hearing public testimony at 10:00 a.m. that day on the Report. Those testifying in person should bring 20 printed copies of their comments for distribution to the Committee. Those who wish to just submit testimony should send their comments to the email: GOC@legislature.maine.gov or mail their comments to:
