There is now pending before the Board of Selectmen, in the Town of Prospect, an application by CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS OF NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND COMPANY and its successors and assigns for a location for poles, with the wires, cables, fixtures, supports and appurtenances thereon within the public right of way of Prospect, Town of Prospect, in accordance with a plan filed therewith marked CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS OF NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND COMPANY No. 342967 dated January 15, 2021 which plan may be viewed at the offices of Consolidated Communications of Northern New England Company, 645 Odlin Road, Bangor, Maine, or at the office of the Town of Prospect.
Any person, firm or corporation owning property within the subject municipality which abuts the applicable way may file written objection with the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Highways, Augusta, Maine, within fourteen (14) days after the publication of this notice stating the cause of the objection.
