
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, as to Defendant Tina J. Dougherty f/k/a Tina Warner Only, entered June 24, 2021, and in accordance with the Stipulated Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, as to Defendant and Party-in-Interest Michael P. Warner Only, entered June 24, 2021, in the action entitled Lycaste LLC v. Michael P. Warner, [font=font57991]et al.[/font], by the Maine District Court, Division of Presque Isle, Docket No. RE-20-04, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Michael P. Warner and Tina Warner, mortgagors, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Home Loan Center, Inc., dba LendingTree Loans, its successors and/or assigns, dated July 26, 2007 and recorded in the Aroostook County Registry of Deeds in Book 4484, Page 79, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagors, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on

The property is located at 1189 Grendell Road, Chapman, ME 04757, in Aroostook County, reference as described in said mortgage.
The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Brock & Scott, PLLC, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale. In the event a representative of Lycaste LLC is not present at the time and place stated in this notice, no sale shall be deemed to have occurred and all rights to reschedule a subsequent sale are reserved.
