Please be advised that the Planning Board of the City of Bangor will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Third Floor Council Chambers of Bangor City Hall and will consider the following application:
To Amend Chapter 165, Land Development Code, District Map by Assigning the Government and Institutional Service District (G&ISD) to the parcel of land recently created in the Maine Business Enterprise Park on property bounded by Venture Way, Corporate Drive and Texas Avenue. Total parcel of land is 0.54 acres.
To submit comments or receive a copy of the plan, please email planning@bangormaine.gov or call 207.992.4280. Interested parties can also make an appointment by email or phone to meet with Planning Department staff. The meeting may also be streamed live via the City of Bangor's Facebook page. Comments that are posted on the Facebook livestream are not monitored during the meeting. Please call our office if you have questions about the process or participation in the hearing process.
