FOR CDBG, HOME and ESG
The Maine State Housing Authority and the Department of Economic and Community Development are drafting the Annual Action Plan for 2017 and encourage citizens to comment.
The state's 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan outlined the strategies that the Maine State Housing Authority and the Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) will develop to address low and moderate income housing and community development needs throughout the non-urbanized areas of Maine. The Annual Action Plan directs how the state will meet current and future needs and priorities in the coming year. The plan describes the various housing and community development initiatives that the State intends to undertake, including funding levels and target populations. The plan identifies the following areas as top priorities: improve housing quality, expand the supply of affordable housing, help Maine people attain housing stability, improve economic opportunity and improve public infrastructure.
MaineHousing and DECD will hold a public hearing to gather citizen input on housing and community development needs on June 27th, 2016 at 10 am at the Maine State Housing Authority at 353 Water Street, Augusta.

AGREEMENT EXPIRATIONS
Time Warner Cable's agreements with programmers and broadcasters to carry their services and stations routinely expire from time to time. We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, and carriage of programming services is discontinued only in rare circumstances. The following agreements with programmers are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services in the near future where these services are offered:
WBGR-LP SD&HD, Music Choice channels 1900-1950, POP SD&HD, Pivot, GMA Life TV, GMA Pinoy, RFD, Outdoor Channel SD&HD, Fuse SD&HD, Weather Channel SD&HD, YouToo,
In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following changes are scheduled to take place:
WLBZ DT3 will be added to Aroostook County, Bangor, Brownville, Fairfield, Machias, and North Anson on or about June 22, 2016.
Pop TV (fka TV Guide) scrolling guide service will cease on or about July 6, 2016

NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE
Please take note that, pursuant to 38 MRSA, Sections 413 and 414-A, Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife of 41 SHS, Augusta, Maine intends to file a wastewater discharge permit application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). The application is for the discharge of 5.0 MGD of hatchery discharge water to the Cold Stream in Enfield, Maine.
The application will be filed on or about 6/15/16 and will be available for public inspection at DEP's Augusta office during normal business hours. A copy may also be seen at the municipal offices in Enfield.
A request for a public hearing or request that the Board of Environmental Protection assume jurisdiction over this application must be received by the DEP, in writing, no later than 20 days after the application is found acceptable for processing, or 30 days from the date of this notice, whichever is longer. Requests shall state the nature of the issue(s) to be raised. Unless otherwise provided by law, a hearing is discretionary and may be held if the Commissioner or the Board finds significant public interest or there is conflicting technical information.
During the time specified above, persons wishing to receive copies of draft permits and supporting documents, when available, may request them from DEP. Persons receiving a draft permit shall have 30 days in which to submit comments or to request a public hearing on the draft.
Public comment will be accepted until a final administrative action is taken to approve, approve with conditions or deny this application. Written public comments or requests for information may be made to the Division of Water Quality Management, Department of Environmental Protection, 17 SHS, Augusta, Maine 04333-0017.
